Its construction and development wing Blessing Developers Inc., since its inception in 2006, has developed four hotels with brands such as Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton, Candlewood Suites by InterContinental Hotels Group and Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott. It also has several projects in pipeline such as Holiday Inn Express and Staybridge Suites by InterContinental Hotels Group, Hyatt Place and Hyatt House by Hyatt.
