Additionally, the division is known for its diverse product mix, whether it be urban rentals and townhomes, luxury condominiums, single-family homes, sprawling multifamily complexes, hotels, commercial office buildings or urban shopping centers. With specialization in both rehabilitations and new construction, BD can take on the challenge of undeveloped or partially completed projects. Construction's team includes a dedicated commissioning manager who oversees third party commissioning agents on every project. Commissioning agents inspect building systems as they are installed – before they are hidden behind walls – and confirm systems work as designed before turning the building over to new owners, or the care of Property Management.
